Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date the order is delivered. Garments must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. The credit card used for purchase will be refunded within 1-2 days of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse, less shipping costs. All sales are final 14 days after the order is delivered to the recipient. Please do not return items to us later than 14 days after delivery. Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Small Audience, LLC. Any returns made after the 14 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the purchaser will be issued an online store credit. Please include a copy of the original packing slip, with a brief description of the reason for return as well as any instructions regarding exchange.

Exchanges

To ensure availability of the item you wish to obtain in the exchange or if time is an issue, we recommend you place a new order for the desired item on-line and return the original item for credit back to the payment method on file. Exchanges may be made within 14 days of the original date you received the order provided we have the desired item in stock. Shipping charges will apply to the exchanged items and will be charged to the payment method on file from the original purchase. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders, so please do not send cash, checks or money orders with your return. Exchanges are processed within 1-2 days of the receipt of goods in our warehouse. In the event the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available, a credit will be issued to the payment method on file for the original order. We will notify you by email in the event that the requested item is not available.

Cancellation of Orders/ Out of Stock Items

Orders may only be canceled via email up to the time the order is shipped (we ship the next business day). You will receive an email confirming your order cancellation. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you may only return the item less shipping costs within 14 days of delivery of the item. Small Audience, LLC may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available. You will be notified via email in the event your order is canceled. In the event of out of stock items, the item will be removed from your order and your payment method credited in the amount of the out of stock item. Those items in stock will ship as a partial order.
