Shipping Policy
All shipping is done through UPS. The cost of shipping depends on the value of your purchase (please see Shipping Chart below for prices). We require a signature for all deliveries and you may not wave the signature delivery requirement. Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to PO Boxes will be automatically canceled. We ship ground, usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. However, it may be longer as we cannot control delays within UPS.
Please note the following UPS policies:
- • UPS does not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
- • If you select overnight delivery on a Friday it will not arrive until the following Monday.
- • Express methods apply only to business days.
- • UPS makes three (3) delivery attempts and after the third attempt the package will be returned to us.
The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address in the event that UPS returns the package. Purchaser will receive an on-line credit with our store for the returned goods, minus the shipping costs.
If you require rush service, we also offer 3-day, 2-day and overnight express service to anywhere in the continental United States. At this time we are only shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Transit Time
Most items ship the next business day (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. Please note that we usually SHIP (not DELIVER) the next business day.
Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected, (please see Shipping Chart below). Only business days (not holidays or weekend days) are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.
We are located in California, so UPS shipments may take up to five (5) business days from date of shipment. For example, a shipment to the East Coast usually takes one full week to arrive via UPS. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing our 3-day, 2-day or overnight shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges as well as original shipping fees.
